The restrictions on officers acting on behalf of the national party
committee are on raising non-federal funds. Since the South Carolina
Libertarian Party files with the FEC, there are no restrictions on LNC
members fundraising for them, as long as the SCLP abide by regulations
like the $10,000 contribution limit from individuals giving to state
party committees and collecting donors' information.

Fundraise away!
