[Lnc-business] Youth Engagement Meeting

Please read the minutes.  That is not a good characterization of what
happened.  I also provided a link to the video so that my minutes could be
checked.

It wasn't a mere wish, it was a motion that passed.

We need to amend or rescind that to do things properly.
