Nick, I'll get into the DCA (Washington) at 8:30 AM, Fri 11/30/2018.  Do 
people attending need to be in the room by 9:30 A.M., when court 
commences?   As not sure I'd have time to get from the airport, stow 
luggage, and get to the court in time.  But, I'd very much like to be 
there to hear the oral argument.  Let me know.
