[Lnc-business] Time to update conflicts of interest

I agree that many should look at this again. Many people are still listed
as candidates and, unless you are already running for that office next
cycle, it needs to be updated to current. If not by tomorrow meeting,
please don't forget.
Caryn Ann. My area is not bulleted correctly (style change). Would working
on the LPCO Policy Manual be a potential conflict? If so, please add it.
