[Lnc-business] Bump stock ban statement?

Either way.  I am not confident enough in my technical wordsmithing on that kind of thing to write a resolution.  A general statement/press release maybe.  Anyone else want to take on a short resolution?  I could ask my campaign staff to gin up a resolution I suppose.
