On behalf of the Convention Oversight Committee, I'm giving previous notice
of the attached motion to amend the policy manual.  We plan for this motion
to be taken up during the time for the committee's report in Alexandria.

I plan to provide additional information about this motion by email prior
to the in-person meeting.
