It is however our responsibility to put out something the people who elected us would agree with.
Nor should we make statements that change the platform.  That is why we have a procedure for that at convention.  The current platform says unreasonably constrained, not open borders.  
Not saying I would object to changing it at convention, but after having hammered into my head by you and others that sometimes there are reasons for these procedures, I becoming more reluctant to say fuck the rules in these cases.
I have made many anti-wall statements. Happy to make another, but let's do it right.
