My suggestion would be to reconstruct it for this last meeting using the
audio record - my recollection was that Nick was pretty good about
listing everyone for each main vote. We can all review it and make any
corrections.
Going forward, if we're about to vote on a substantive motion and aren't
doing so in a manner where the Secretary can record the roll, raise that
point and I at least can back you up on making sure we do. The Bylaws
are short and sweet on this: "The National Committee shall use roll call
voting on all substantive motions."
