[Lnc-business] Lawsuit vs Cuomo

Dear colleagues:
I hope all is well with you. Thanks for the messages regarding the
possibility of legal action against Andrew Cuomo regarding right to keep
and bear arms issues.
As you may recall, during consideration of our special counsel's
report at the December LNC meeting, I mentioned that the Libertarian
Party of Erie County may pursue legal action against Gov. Cuomo. I
asked Oliver Hall whether he had been informed about the matter; he
indicated that he had not. I forwarded information to him concerning
James Ostrowski and various legal challenges; I shall forward that
message to you.
As always, thanks for your work for liberty. I hope this
