[Lnc-business] Weld Developments

We're a political party, not a cult. People are free to come and go as
they wish. They're also free to change their minds, and re-change them.
(Even after declarations of staying.)

Weld put in a lot of work, did fundraisers for affiliates, visited
affiliates, sat with LPMA at NOLA, and assisted the LP. All while being
trashed-talked by loads of LP members. I'm surprised he stuck around as
long as he did. Personally, I've nothing bad to say about the man. I
think going to the GOP is a mistake, but he's a free agent and can chose
his own path.

C'est la vie.
