[Lnc-business] RONR procedural question

I'm still relatively new but going around the table surprised me since I 
haven't encountered that anywhere else. In other settings, usually it's 
alpha or officers/everyone else since the tally sheets are usually 
prepared before the meeting begins. I honestly thought it was just a 
convenience thing and the Secretary's discretion.
