[Lnc-business] BALLOT 190203-1 Immigration Resolution

My thoughts after reading Mr O'Donnell's original post: he voted to abstain.

For the alternate vote to count, Mr O'Donnell should either not have voted
or withdrawn his vote. To say otherwise means that an LNC member, a
regional representative specifically, does not have the option to vote
'abstain' which would certainly be a change to Robert's. As the vote is now
expired and the Secretary noted the vote on her tally sheet since it was
cast for all to review and monitor, I see no reason to change the vote
after results have been announced.

I don't think you can appeal the Secretary's ruling at all because she
hasn't made a ruling, just reported results. If the chair wants to make a
ruling, that theoretically could be done and then appealed.
