[Lnc-business] Yes or no?

I would agree,  especially since Ms. Harlos is correct on this issue.  
When votes occur to challenge the ruling of the Chair, a Yes vote is to 
sustain the ruling of the Chair and a No vote is to overturn the ruling 
of the Chair.
