[Lnc-business] RONR question on ExComm

It’s likely that when this was institued the catch all of 7.1 was deemed
sufficient.  And I see a good argument for that.  But I don’t think it’s a
slam dunk.

(And lets everyone think I am more nuts than you already do, I don’t have
RONR as my casual reading, but I’m studying for my National Association of
Parliamentarians membership exam.)
