[Lnc-business] Executive Director Search

Agree. I can imagine someone applying for an executive position, and
having their name given to a large number of people, even other
"executive" persons at the place of potential hire.
This is why companies have an HR department, and potential hires and
their names, should be handled with the upmost care.
The more people who know, even though told it's confidential, the bigger
chance the information/names being leaked.
Some people have publicly shared that they've applied, but that's the
prerogative of those individuals. For those who haven't done so, please
do keep their names confidential. It undermines our level of
professionalism to do otherwise.
