[Lnc-business] Executive Director Search

Please give me the motion number where the EPCC was chosen by the LNC to do
that?  If you need links to the motion charts I can provide them.  (hint:
there is no such motion).

Ahh, but it is their job right?  Quote me from the Policy Manual where it
says it is their job?  (hint: it doesn't).
