Joe,

Thanks for the very concise clarification of the ED hiring process.  I 
would hope that puts to rest the concerns of the very
few LNC members that have expressed such.

As Ms. Mattson pointed out in a earlier e-mail, the LNC considered and 
overwhelmingly rejected, an alternate hearing process as our last
meeting.  I look forward to hearing the EPCC report on progress toward 
hiring a new ED at our March meeting.
