[Lnc-business] MOTION TO RECONSIDER

I don't support this, as it sets precedent that whenever future members
mistakenly vote a certain way, or are confused, or don't know the rules, or
have voter's remorse, we open the door to do-overs. We may have all been in
that position at one time or another, but it sticks, and we move on...

With all due respect to parties involved/affected in this particular case,
and not to discount the importance of this matter to them, I think the time
for this has passed.
