I've attached a screenshot of a document on inappropriate and illegal
interview questions. I would ask LNC members not to ask any questions on
this list of any applicant for any position.

Executive Director:
About the Libertarian Party
The Libertarian Party is America’s third largest political party,
founded in 1971 to elect Libertarians to public office, help our state
affiliates promote their growth and activities, nominate candidates for
President and Vice President and other offices, and engage in public
information activities. Our 2016 presidential candidate, Gary Johnson,
received over 4 million votes nationwide, and there are 174 elected
Libertarians in partisan office. National operations are coordinated by
the Libertarian National Committee and its staff.
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our staff as
Executive Director, the chief operating officer of the Libertarian
National Committee (LNC). The ideal candidate will:
> Provide overall leadership and strategic vision to the Libertarian
> Party’s fundraising, membership, campaigns, public marketing, and
> internal operations efforts;
> Coordinate staff, volunteers, and other stakeholders to execute
> National Committee goals, balancing short-term priorities with
> long-term objectives;
> Supervise and coach staff and contractors, playing an active and
> personal role in constructing a culture that cultivates teamwork, high
> performance, and high quality;
> Be responsible for directing LNC activities and business affairs,
> acting with the highest fidelity and prudence, caring for our assets,
> adhering to the Bylaws and other adopted policies, and devoting
> full-time business efforts to the performance of these duties;
> Report to the LNC Chair, and preferably headquartered in the LNC
> National Office in Alexandria, Virginia, except where duties require
> work elsewhere; and
> Have passion for the Libertarian Party’s principles and goals.
Ideal Experience & Skills
> Experience with non-profit or political fundraising and/or membership
> cultivation, with a network of connections outside Libertarian Party
> circles;
> Experience managing people with diverse backgrounds and job
> descriptions, appraising and coaching their performance and helping
> them setting realistic and reach goals;
> Experience delegating, prioritizing, setting and achieving goals,
> juggling multiple priorities, and managing by empowering without
> micromanaging;
> Background in the Libertarian Party, in national or state leadership,
> or in a manner than allows the candidate to understand stakeholders and
> likely issues and concerns;
> Strong interpersonal skills, character, and reputation to allow for
> diplomatically dealing with a very disparate board and stakeholders,
> who can defuse conflicts without showing bias or favoritism;
> Comfort presenting to the LNC, handling media inquiries, and public
> speaking generally;
> Vision, or ability to execute a vision, for how the Libertarian Party
> can build on our strengths, grow within a crowded movement, and rise to
> the next level.

submit (1) a current resume, (2) a multi-page cover letter demonstrating
informed interest in the position, detailing experience and skills as
they relate to this job description, and (3) a statement assessing
Libertarian Party strengths and weaknesses and indicating how they might
proceed if they were establishing goals and associated strategy.
Materials should be sent to the three-member LNC Executive Director
Search Committee, care of James Lark at EDSearch at LP.org. The committee
will make recommendations to the LNC Chair, who will make the hiring
decision. Candidates for employment must consent to a credit and
criminal background check prior to being offered employment, and are
directed to disclose the full details of any arrest or conviction of
crimes punishable by imprisonment, or of any personal financial problem,
including involuntary liens or any filing for personal bankruptcy. The
