[Lnc-business] LP Presidential Debates c/o Arvin Vohra

I will oppose this motion. The LNC and the LP have no ability nor
desire to regulate organizations staging POTUS debates such as
state parties or caucuses. We also don't have staff time nor the
technology to make the guarantees in #3.
Please don't co-sponsor this poorly written attempt to force LNC
standards and regulations on others.
