[Lnc-business] Alternative motion for Resolution regarding conversion therapy.

I will co-sponsor this one.  And change my yes vote on the other to no -
let's just get one of these passed, and if this will earn Mr.
Bishop-Henchman's post, I am good with it.

I am starting the ballot tomorrow so that there are two different end dates.
