Dear All,

I am writing to inform you that Lauren Daugherty and I have agreed to
a new contract. The contract has been reviewed by counsel and the
EPCC. If any LNC member would like a confidential copy of the contract
or the comments received from the EPCC, please email me directly.

I intend to sign the contract on or about May 11, 2019, since there is
a 10-day period after EPCC approval before I can sign director level
contracts.
