Dear All,

The following is a link to a recent report conducted by the
SecurityScoreCard research foundation. The organization conducted a
study to determine Cyber Security rankings for political parties in both
the United States and Europe. There findings show that the Libertarian
Party ranks last in US Cyber Security behind the Green Party, Republican
Party, and Democratic Party. I understand that increasing our Cyber
Security Awareness and Fortitude has been a priority for both the LNC
and Staff, and we need to continue to increase our standards and take
threats seriously. I do not believe the threat of both Private and
Nation-State hackers is understated, often action comes to late in the
form of reaction. I have lived through this in the food service industry
and security threats are just now being taken extremely seriously within
the past few years. Perhaps this report can be of some help to others
who are more technically inclined, as well as to the board to understand
our position as dead last is unacceptable and something must be done to
improve and remain accountable for the safety of our organization and
its members.

"Political elections are a top target for nation states as well as
possibly organized crime and political activists looking to influence
outcomes for geopolitical gains. From influencer campaigns to
exfiltrating data to sell on the Dark Web or to other countries, the end
game is clear - sabotage and financial gain," said Jason Cassey, CTO of
SecurityScorecard. "Through the SecurityScorecard platform, we were able
to gain meaningful insight into the overall cyber hygiene, behavior and
incidents of political parties to provide insight into the real dangers
associated with upcoming EU and U.S. elections."

Key Findings:

France ranked lowest in total aggregate scores, as well as in
Application Security and DNS Health.
