[Lnc-business] Committee appointments

The PC deadline is next year. I include these in my Sectetary’s report.
Several affiliates typically and purposefully delay their appointments for
various reasons.

The problem with committees is often change for its own sake. I pushed for
early appointment last term. I never will again. The phrase idle hands
make for devil’s work applies here. In my opinion. YMMV.
