[Lnc-business] BALLOT 190628-1: DIRECTIVE REGARDING SOCIAL MEDIA POST AND WEB PAGE

I will put out the formal counts in a bit but the motion did fail as a tie.
I would like to put on the record that I find it highly improper (if not
technically so, then just disrespectful to this vote) that the item was
changed without LNC input, and as far as I can see, without APRC approval
or explicit statement that the need for APRC approval was over-ruled.
We are playing fast and loose with at least the spirit of the rules.
I am asking for agenda time in Austin as I do not think the issue is
resolved and the alleged solution was not disclosed to the LNC until the
eleventh hour and if it makes Phillips cuss, well, everyone should take a
second look.
