Mr. Fishman clarified that Mr. Sarwark made the decision outside of APRC
and posted notice on the LNC list. I missed the import of that.
I have asked for APRC review on the new language and maintain it violates
plank 4.0.
I withdraw my agenda time request until the APRC review is done or decided
to be out of order.
