*Express Abstentions:* Longstreth
*Not Voting:* Bilyeu, Hagan, Mattson, O'Donnell, Redpath, Sarwark

For a current tally of 4-6-1.

*Notes:* Alternates Hogarth and Olsen votes are presently being counted in
the absence of the regional representatives. Mr. Phillips deferred to Mr.
Anderson for his vote.
