[Lnc-business] Orientation

I will co-sponsor.

Having an orientation for new LNC members is something I talked about 
after I first was appointed to the LNC. (early 2018)  As there were many 
things not shown or told to me.  Things I discovered by accident, or 
after time.  I had suggested back then that there needs to be some 
on-boarding type process in place for new LNC members.
