[Lnc-business] Resolution condemning the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2019

Sam,

I've not asked for cosponsors quite yet, I've asked for input and will
continue to tweak and hope to get something timely. That said, I am happy
to let it drop if a press release is made, which would be faster and more
effective.

I represent my region and it's members, not just the state chairs. If a
member has a reasonable request, it is worth hearing and us discussing.
This is reasonable and I think the member would also be satisfied with a
press release instead. I could be wrong but it would at least show him his
voice was heard.

Region 1 Representative (AK, AZ, CO, HI, KS, MT, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY)
