Attached please find the most current minutes revision incorporating some
minor grammatical changes suggested by Dr. Lark (version 4 already included
Ms. Mattson's corrections).  Ms. Mattson indicated that she would try to
review over the weekend so I will wait until next week before seeking any
email ballot sponsors.
