Our motion stated that this needs to be posted by Aug 15; however, Andy
Burns is on honeymoon vacation and he is the one who needs to put up the
application form.  I will ask Mr. Fishman to have Mr. Burns take care of it
first upon his return.

I note that Mr. Hayes asked for a question about modernization be included
with the credentials application.
