[Lnc-business] Request for direction from Chair - Bylaws issue

I would suggest getting the request for applications out ASAP and 
setting a tight deadline of two weeks.  Then I will ask for sponsors for 
a motion for an electronic meeting for the specific purpose of electing 
the Bylaws Committee.  I don't think this can wait until mid-November.
