Policy Manual section 1.02.6, which was referenced below requires that to
qualify for auto-approval:
"Draft minutes shall be mailed or emailed to all LNC Members not more than
15 days after each meeting."
The session ended on July 28, so the 15-days-after date would have been
August 12. This draft was sent on August 14th. The same policy goes on to
say that:
"These provisions are void if the Secretary fails to distribute the draft
minutes of a meeting within 15 days after that meeting, or fails to
distribute an updated version as described above."
The message below states that (had the 15-day-deadline been met) the LNC
comments would have been due on July 29, which was one day after the
meeting and before the draft was distributed. I presume that you instead
meant August 29, though the auto-approval process is no longer an option
for these minutes.
