[Lnc-business] Resolution supporting Dream and Promise Act - request for co-sponsors

Yes.  Ms. Adams objected to some of the requirements.  However, these are
requirements that are required of citizens (whether or not we agree with
them) and do not want to support giving them a path here?

We can support the path here and oppose those requirements on everyone, not
just foreign nationals.
