[Lnc-business] EMAIL BALLOT 190906-1 RESOLUTION ON DREAM AND PROMISE ACT

I vote NAY. While resolutions are an important tool to keep us on
aligned on current issues and communicate that with our base. Until such
time that we win elections in the House & Senate, I don't believe they
do much to effect actual policy or communicate our message to outsiders.
As such, while we fight for the rights of immigrants, and with the
poison in the well with this legislation, I cannot support a resolution.
