Ms. Mattson it is not you who have given contradictory feedback, it is
other LNC members in private communications. Most minutes feedback takes
place in that manner.  I have decided to use and stick with the format I
have chosen here for my own report.

I can footnote the budget line 68 item to make a note that it should be 60
but I cannot change Mr. Bishop-Henchman’s words.

I will review the several other items and thank you for your prompt input.
