[Lnc-business] Doug Ward's special election in Alabama

I think I see this as more of a ballot access issue than a candidate
support issue, since we aren't helping him campaign or pay filing fees. The
issue at-hand is challenging a ballot access ruling, and doing so before
time runs out.
How fast could he even get this list if he had the money?
