[Lnc-business] Doug Ward's special election in Alabama

I agree with Sam.  Our candidate support resources are best utilized for 
providing candidates training.  $300 won't help a candidate for state 
representative win an election.  His campaign is better off fundraising 
and getting that money on their own.  That is the challenge of a robust 
campaign organization.  Also, I am opposed to trying to slip around the 
process established by the CSC to request funds by going directly to the 
LNC.  His campaign ought to complete the application for receive funds 
to be considered along all of the other candidates who do so.
