All names are listed alphabetically by surname.

Motion: Move to approve the draft LNC meeting minutes for the July 27-28,
2019 meeting, V4.

Co-Sponsors:  Harlos, Longstreth, Merced, Phillips


Threshold Required:  Simple majority

Voting "aye":  Bishop-Henchman, Goldstein, Harlos, Longstreth, Merced,
O’Donnell, Olsen, Phillips, Redpath, Smith

Voting "nay": None

Express Abstention:  Lark, Mattson

No Vote Cast: Bilyeu/Adams, Nekhaila/Sexton, Sarwark, Van Horn/Nanna

With a final vote tally of 11-0-2-4, the motion PASSED.

Note:  Regional Alternate Olsen’s vote is counted as Regional
Representative Hewitt has not recorded a vote.  Mr. Nekhaila’s affirmative
vote was received after the voting period closed.  His vote was sent to the
Secretary directly.
