[Lnc-business] Electronic Meeting - reminder for Chair

We need to have an electronic meeting to select bylaws committee by the end
of this month.  With the ten day notice requirement, this needs to be set
soon.  I will be sending another application packet this weekend along with
the first platform packet (which is large).
