[Lnc-business] LPIN member omitted from the Bylaws Committee Ballot

Please let me know and I’ll re-add to platform packet.

Mr. Goldstein, I appreciate that info, but I take full responsibility as I
had an email exchange with Mr. Hauptman, and he said bylaws.
