[Lnc-business] Director of Development

Erin nailed it. A contract was offered with EPCC approval contrary to our
policy manual. Everything else aside, there is a clear violation in this.
What is the next appropriate course of action? I ask the question to Nick
or anyone more familiar with such procedures or precedent.
