Mr. Sarwark rather than a vague post insinuating specific issues but not
stating them, when actual examples happen it is incumbent upon you to
address them otherwise this reads as a vague threat to squelch disagreement
and is a chilling procedure on potential whistleblowers.
Those objecting do not believe it IS a settled decision so it’s
inappropriate to simply declare that it is. The EPCC did not approve the
contract.
Further multiple LNC members have raised concerns about corruption or the
appearance thereof. That is a legitimate public concern. Most certainly
if there is wording that is abusive that must be corrected.
But functionally what you have done here is chill speech. Considering that
nondisclosure concerns have been raised regarding yourself, I find it
terribly problematic for you to make a post that tells potential
whistleblowers to be silent or resign.
Considering your entanglement here, perhaps you should let Vice Chair
Merced handle this situation. You have a clear conflict of interest.
