He should have been more clear that this event is hosted by "The 
Libertarian National Committee" as in "The Libertarian Party" vs you all!

Apologies for any misunderstanding with the initials "LNC" which could 
mean YOU or the national party.

But Whitney is correct this is the same as some prior events including 
the BBQ in Austin & is used for outreach & support of our affiliates & 
candidates & elected officials. Totally voluntary if you wish to 
participate / attend.

Please note we are proving a light lunch (free of charge but again 
donations always welcome) on Sat around noon if that's any consolation.
