[Lnc-business] Proposed Agenda for November 16-17, 2019 LNC Meeting

Dear All,

Attached is a proposed agenda for the upcoming LNC meeting. As you can see,
there is more business than we have had in the past few meetings. Staff
reports have been expanded to 60 minutes to allow for discussion of new
staff and for presentation of the Frontier Project.

The Convention Oversight Committee has three site presentations and
requested 150 minutes, but I have only put 120 minutes in the proposed
agenda. The budget has 120 minutes, split between both days. Elections of
platform and credentials committees have 20 minutes each.

Please let me know if I missed any items, you have any other agenda items
you would like added, or if you have suggested modifications to the agenda
or the times.
