[Lnc-business] Proposed Agenda for November 16-17, 2019 LNC Meeting

Mr. Chair, you asked me to remind you that we postponed the appointment of
the remaining two members of the Awards committee which will need to be
added.

I also believe Mr. Smith was requesting ten minutes to talk about
membership/At-Large report, and I would like to request that on behalf of
both of us.
