[Lnc-business] Seeking co-sponsors, motion to increase Capital Expenditures $14k for new HVAC

It's for the HVAC system, an American Standard heat pump with an
electric heater package and new thermostat. This is to move up the HVAC
replacement to the next couple of weeks.
