I know we've discussed it, but I can't find anywhere in the latest 2019
Budget I have or in the motions where we would have added $6500 for AC
repair. I may have missed it. The proposal for a new HVAC system and
installation is for a total of $13,995.

However, the contractor found the Freon leak was worse than anticipated and the other compressor also had a leak. In the Director's of Operation report, he expected to raise funds to replace the entire HVAC system and replace it by early spring, before the weather got hot. This motion is to replace the HVAC system now instead of waiting until spring since the blower went out yesterday and the office has no heat. The Building Fund has sufficient funds to go ahead and replace it now.
