It’s my understanding that we budgeted for a replacement unit for 2020 and were hoping for a temp fix until then for 2019?
Sincerely,

We talked about it this weekend I thought during the whole discussion of the ac unit and the budget.  We may not have "added" it, it may have been "is this number included.
BUT we did have a whole discussion about how Nick had already signed off on the AC repair and where in the budget the money was.
I am simply trying to determine if we are actually adding 14K to the budget, or moving it from next year to this year, or adding 1k to the 13k already discussed.

I know we've discussed it, but I can't find anywhere in the latest 2019 Budget I have or in the motions where we would have added $6500 for AC repair. I may have missed it. The proposal for a new HVAC system and installation is for a total of $13,995.

That is clearer.

Now.  IIRC we already had added 6500 to the budget for the 2nd half of the AC repair, and 6500 from this year as the down payment.

So are we adding 14k on top of that 12k? Or is it just bumping that 12K up?

Sorry. Original plan was to replace one of two compressors to get a couple of more years out of the HVAC system. However, the contractor found the Freon leak was worse than anticipated and the other compressor also had a leak. In the Director's of Operation report, he expected to raise funds to replace the entire HVAC system and replace it by early spring, before the weather got hot. This motion is to replace the HVAC system now instead of waiting until spring since the blower went out yesterday and the office has no heat. The Building Fund has sufficient funds to go ahead and replace it now.
