[Lnc-business] Seeking co-sponsors, motion to increase Capital Expenditures $14k for new HVAC

I started going over my notes to update the 2020 Budget to what was
changed over the weekend, and I see what Mr. Phillips is talking about.
We increased the 2020 Capital Expenditures (Acct Details sheet, Cell
M204) by $6,500 for the HVAC. This increase can be reversed. I don't
believe we passed any motion to change the 2019 Budget. In October, we
spent $482 for HVAC Service & Repair. We need to spend $13,995 this year
and $0 next year for the new system.

However, the contractor found the Freon leak was worse than anticipated and the other compressor also had a leak. In the Director's of Operation report, he expected to raise funds to replace the entire HVAC system and replace it by early spring, before the weather got hot. This motion is to replace the HVAC system now instead of waiting until spring since the blower went out yesterday and the office has no heat. The Building Fund has sufficient funds to go ahead and replace it now.
